Operation Grocery Cart
On Sunday March 1, St. David’s will be starting a NON-PERISHABLE FOOD DRIVE.
Food items we are looking for are peanut butter, jam, canned soups, canned vegetables, canned fruit and canned meats such as SPAM etc. Also accepted will be rice and tomato sauces.
Please, NO FROZEN FOODS.
Please check expiration dates as we do not want anyone getting sick. Collected food items will be distributed to various organizations within Woodstock. Other goods will also be collected when the need arises, such as school supplies and personal hygiene products. More information will be passed along as this program carries forward.
THANK YOU for your support in this new venture at St. David’s.

THE CREATION BANNERS
These banners hang in the sanctuary and are adapted from a Watkins Stained Glass design.
They depict the six days of the creation story found in Genesis 1:1-27.
~ The Six Days of Creation ~
1. Let there be light
2. Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters
3. Let the earth bring forth grass, herbs that yield seeds, trees that yield fruit
4. Let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide day from night
5. Let the waters abound with an abundance of living creatures and let birds fly above the earth
6. Let there be creatures living on the land. And, finally, God created man in his own image
