If anyone would like Offering Envelopes, please contact Nicole in the office. 519-539- 3161.

Income tax receipts are issued annually.

Office hours are Monday to Wednesday from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm.

Helpful Hints for Etransfer - Your bank may be slightly different than these general instructions

  1. A password is no longer required. Your Etransfer will be automatically deposited in the church Royal bank account and the Treasurer will receive a notice of your deposit.
  2. Login to your personal Web banking (bank home page) and select the etransfer option (also known as email money transfer). Add “St. David's United Church” as the contact/receiver.
  3. You will be prompted to enter an email address where to send the bank notification. This is necessary as the treasurer must notify the bank that, on behalf of the church, acknowledges the etransfer. The money is then deposited into the church bank account. Due to privacy issues, the treasurer does not have access to the church email account.

In the message box, type how much $ for Local, how much $ to Mission and Service (M&S), etc. Type your envelope number too.

Renters - Please type the details of your rental to ensure it is properly recorded

You will receive an email confirmation from your bank showing your donation to the church account.


Post-dated Cheques

You can still send a cheque or a series of post-dated cheques by Canada Post.
The church has a community mailbox:190 Springbank Ave North, Woodstock, ON  N4S 7R1

PAR (Pre-authorized Remittance) is still an option.
